List of Effective Members Effective members are those who have completed the Specialization Course in Plastic Surgery of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro or the Carlos Chagas Post-Graduate Medical Institute, for the duration of three years, under the direction of Prof. Ivo Pitanguy. List of Effective Members by Country List of Associated Members Associated members are those plastic surgeons who have finished a training course under the supervision of an effective member, and also those indicated by Prof. Pitanguy who have completed a training course in plastic surgery.
